Shipping & delivery

How fast will my order arrive?
Dubai and Sharjah: 2–3 working days. Rest of the UAE: 3–5 working days. You'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Do you ship outside the UAE?
Not yet. We're focused on getting the UAE experience right first. Sign up to the newsletter to be notified when we expand.

Is delivery free?
Free on UAE orders over AED 200 in Dubai/Sharjah and over AED 250 in other emirates. Otherwise AED 25–30 standard, plus a small fee for Cash on Delivery.

Payments

Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Tabby (4 interest-free payments), Tamara, and Cash on Delivery across all seven emirates.

Is it safe to pay by card?
Yes. All card payments are processed through Telr (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified). We never see or store your card number.

Can I split my payment?
Yes — Tabby and Tamara let you split into 4 interest-free payments at checkout.

Returns & refunds

Can I return a product?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in original packaging, and includes all accessories. See our full Refund Policy.

How long do refunds take?
Card refunds: 5–10 working days. Cash on Delivery refunds: bank transfer within 7 working days.

What if my product arrives damaged?
Message us within 48 hours with a photo. We'll arrange a free replacement or refund — no questions.

Products

Where are your products sourced from?
We work with vetted global suppliers across the wellness and recovery space, plus selected local UAE brands. Every item is shipped with full tracking. Country of origin is listed on each product page.

Are your products original?
Yes. We do not stock counterfeits. If you receive anything that looks off, message us immediately — we'll replace it and investigate.

Can I request a product you don't stock?
