Refund policy

14-day return window

You may return most items within 14 calendar days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is unused, in its original condition and original packaging, with all accessories, manuals and free gifts included. Hygiene seals (where applicable) must be intact.

Items that cannot be returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are non-returnable unless faulty: personal care items where the seal has been broken; consumables (supplements, tonics, edibles); items marked "Final sale" on the product page.

How to start a return

Email hello@longlyvn.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. We'll send return instructions and a return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refund timing

• Card refunds: 5–10 working days to appear on your statement.
• Cash on Delivery refunds: bank transfer within 7 working days.

Exchanges

Often faster than a return — message us and we'll dispatch the replacement as soon as we confirm the original is on its way back.

Faulty or incorrect items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We cover return shipping and arrange a free replacement or full refund, including original shipping costs.

Your statutory rights

This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020).
