Where we ship
We currently deliver across all seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.
Processing time
Orders placed before 14:00 GST Sunday–Thursday are processed the same working day. Orders placed afterwards, or on weekends and UAE public holidays, are processed the next working day.
Delivery times
- Dubai & Sharjah: 2–3 working days from dispatch.
- Abu Dhabi, Ajman, RAK, Fujairah, UAQ: 3–5 working days from dispatch.
Some products are dispatched from our international supplier network and may take 7–14 working days. This will be clearly indicated on the product page before you order.

Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder or contact hello@longlyvn.com.
Missed deliveries
Our courier will attempt delivery up to two times. After the second failed attempt, your order will be returned to our warehouse and you'll be contacted to arrange redelivery (additional charges may apply).
Damaged or lost parcels
Contact us within 48 hours of expected delivery if your parcel is damaged or hasn't arrived. We'll resolve it with the courier and arrange a replacement or full refund.
