By using longlyvn.com and placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Eligibility

Products and pricing
We do our best to display products accurately, but colours, sizes and descriptions may vary slightly from the photo. All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include 5% VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; changes do not affect orders already placed.
Orders
Your order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion (for example, if the product is out of stock, mispriced, or if we suspect fraud) — in which case any payment will be refunded in full.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Tabby, Tamara, and Cash on Delivery. Card payments are processed by Telr. By paying, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the price you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
